Booking Fee/Payments

All Booking Fees are non-refundable and vary according to treatments and packages. Once this is paid your booking will be confirmed. Full payment will be required on the day of treatment.  

New Clients

All new clients are required to book a consultation. Please read booking info and book a consultation accordingly

Consent/Medical Forms

You will receive a medical form via email before your scheduled appointment. Please fill this in before coming to your appointment so it does not cut into treatment time.

If You have any medical conditions acute or chronic, Please contact us before booking as you may need to consult with your GP. Not all treatments may be suitable to your medical conditions. NN. A DRs note may be required for insurance purposes and/or a waiver be signed.


We have a very strict cancellation/no-show policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment and wish to cancel/reschedule, 48 hours’ notice will be required in order to reschedule on another date. NB.You can only reschedule once per booking.

Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in you having to rebook and pay another booking fee..

 Same day cancellations or a no show for your appointment will result in you losing your appointment.

Clients with packages- Same-day cancellations or a no-show will result in you forfeiting that appointment from your treatment package.

While we appreciate unforeseen circumstances, we ask that you plan accordingly and notify us of any required changes within the reasonable time frame.

If you are running late, please call us to let us know. If we do not answer, please leave a message.

We will try our best to accommodate and will allow up to 15min of lateness, however your treatment will be cut short and full payment will still be required. If you are later than 15 mins, your appointment will 

be canceled and will have to rebook. We value time and will not run into another client’s treatment time.
